About the Fibre-Shelkote products and our group of resurfacing products.
Started in 1999 to provide the finest materials for concrete, gunite, block, and fiberglass swimming pool resurfacing and refinishing.
Based on our initial record of success with a very small group of pool pro’s, we decided to market directly to pool technicians beginning in 2001. Since then, more than 100 pool pro’s and contractors have used our products to resurface a variety of pools, ponds, and fountains. One enterprising contractor used it successfully on the fiberglass roof of a national restaurant chain.
Our products have been used in residential and commercial swimming pools throughout the United States, Canada, and the Caribbean. The Fibre-Shelkote product line combined with the UGlassIt swimming pool resurfacing system is now used in all types of commercial pools and fountains including Motels, Resorts, Condominiums, Shopping Centers, Municipal Pools, Swim Clubs, and many other locations.
Our pool resurfacing products have been used by a government contractor to install a new fiberglass shell in one of the U.S. Marines swimming pools at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Another contractor used Fibre-Shelkote pool products to repair a damaged shell at an Air Force Base in Texas.
Fibre-Shelkote products combined with the UGlassIt Pool Resurfacing System restore swimming pools to their original beauty and watertight integrity.
